Doors open 12 noon and Auction starts 1pm

There are no guarantees that these items will definately be available as unforeseen circumstances cannot be accounted for. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to hold an Open Show this year. Apologies to all who may have been looking forward to a show. We hope to be back again with a show next year. 

 

Terms and conditions of sale of items in the auction

A commission of 15% will be deducted from all sale prices.

All fish for sale must be properly bagged or packaged in suitable containers for the well being of the livestock and labelled with either the COMMON or SCIENTIFIC name.

Fish appearing to be in distress or diseased will only be sold at the auctioneer's discretion.

Items of equipment must display the NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER and/or ADDRESS of the seller, if not, the item will be sold as spares or repairs only.

Members of the public WILL NOT tamper with lots placed behind the auction desk in any way shape or form. Lots will only be viewed when they come up for sale. An item will be considered sold when the gavel strikes the table. There will be a limit of 75 items per lot at this point the lot will be stopped & further items within the lot will be given the next available number at the end of the auction.

Robin Hood Aquarists' will not accept any responsibility what so ever for any item in any of the lots to be sold. Robin Hood Aquarists will not knowingly sell products that have been given to clubs as sponsorship from manufacturers that should have been given as class or raffle prizes and will actively seek to eradicate this practice. The sale of products owned by a vendor is acceptable.

Entry of a lot is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The auctioneer's decision is final.

How to Get to the Auction (SATNAV settings (Post Code) NG11 9DG)

Highbank Community Centre is at the junction of Farnborough Road & Southchurch Drive Clifton.

From The South: - Leave M1 at junction 24 (Nott'm south) along the A435 to Nott'm past power station on left until at a traffic island at the Crusader public house. Turn right towards Gotham travel along for approximately 400 to 500 mtrs. Where road widens turn left, into Farnborough Road. The centre is on the right.

From The North and West: - Leave M1 at Junction 25, A52 to Nott'm. Follow A52 towards Grantham past the Queens Medical Centre on your left over a flyover. Follow signs A453 Birmingham & M1 south over a complex of bridges to traffic lights with a left filter lane in bus stop, turn left into Farnborough Road and follow the road. The centre is on the left.

From The East:- Take A52 Towards Nott'm (from the A46 Fosse Way) heading towards Trent Bridge. At the traffic lights at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground turn left onto A60 (Loughborough). Follow signs A453, M1 south, under the complex of bridges to traffic lights with a left filter lane in a bus stop, turn left into Farnborough Road, follow the road along. The centre is on the left.
